Meditation

Hello again! I hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday, and are ready to manifest more positive vibes. This week we will be discussing mediation. I will be the first to admit that I am still working on meditation. Out of all the ways to practice self-care and raising energies, this seems to be the hardest. There are reasons for this, one of the major ones being that we have allowed our thoughts to control us.
For example, last month my tire popped while I was driving down the road. Now, before I started practicing meditation I would have allowed my thought pattern to reach for EVERYTHING else that went wrong that day. I would have asked myself, “Why is this happening to me?” and more than likely cried about it the rest of the day or week. However, now that I have started noticing my thought patterns, I can change them.
So instead, I changed my tire to a donut and ordered more tires. I also had a small talk with myself about how I probably shouldn’t have drove on the same used tire for three years. After that, I was done. I have not thought about it again until now as I am writing this post. I have not talked negatively in my mind about the incident and have not complained about it over and over. You know what? It feels amazing to not have my mind or emotions control me.
To start a meditation practice there are plenty of apps and YouTube videos that have guided voices to help. I used them at first, but now I find taking 10 minutes out of my day to be completely silent and focus my mind is more of the meditation that I need. However, you decide, remember that we are reprogramming an entire life of habit. So be gentle with yourself and understand that the process takes time.

It’s appropriate time to make some plans for the future and it is time to be happy. I have read this post and if I could I wish to suggest you few interesting things or suggestions. Perhaps you could write next articles referring to this article. I want to read even more things about it!
