“Passengers are asked not to give coins to the harassers. Come down because you broke up. Neither the gypsies: get off at the next stop, because you broke the b … “; this is the discriminating phrase enunciated by a female voice through the speakers on board, heard by the passengers of the regional train ‘2653’ that leaves at 12:20 from Milan for Cremona and Mantova.
Multiple reports made on social media as well as emails sent to the company that runs the convoys, Trenord, which, after starting an internal investigation, was able to track down the manager: the cap train that is also likely to be fired.
On the other hand, the Trenord company judges “serious and unspeakable” as reported by passengers and reports in a note: “We thank the customer for prompt reporting. What is reported is serious and unspeakable. We have promptly launched an internal investigation, as a result of which we will take the necessary measures “.
The Minister of the Interior, Salvini, instead, Tweets defending the conductor: “Instead of worrying about the attacks on passengers, controllers and captains, someone worries about the messages against the harassers … Safe travel is a priority!”.
Black day for trains, Milano’s family is hit on the rails: the two children are dead, the mother is serious.
Two children, Lorenzo and Giulia, aged 12 and 6 respectively, lost their lives after being hit by a train while, together with their mother, they were intent on crossing the tracks along the Ionian line and, to be precise, in Brancaleone.
The little ones died instantly, while the woman (a 49-year-old Milanese housewife) – also hit by the convoy – was seriously wounded; indeed, she was admitted to the hospital with a reserved prognosis.
The fact – The little family had come from a few days in Calabria, together with the woman’s cohabitant – a teacher who practices in Lombard capital of 54 years of southern origin.
Unfortunately, a real tragedy has struck this little family (with two small children and a third that, instead, had stayed at home) and, according to a first reconstruction of the facts, it seems that the incident originated from the fact that the little one escaped from the mother’s hand while, together with her and her little brother, they crossed the tracks.
At that point, the poor woman would be induced to chase the child in order to reach it to get her away from the tracks with her son, but, at the same time, it would be, then, the regional train left from Reggio Calabria, which has overwhelmed the entire family group, killing the two little ones instantly.
