We are the people of the 21st century: powerful, knowledgeable, and almost nothing can truly shock us.
We can fly faster than birds and swim better than dolphins. The progress of technology is mind-blowing.
It takes seconds to find information about anything in the world . We can get hired by the company that is located oversees and pass the interview over Skype. It takes seconds to find information about anything in the world. This doesn’t surprise anyone anymore. We’ve got it all.
But what is the price for all this?
We don’t know who we are anymore.
We wear confident masks that hide deep pain and insecurities.
We are trained to compete, but no one teaches us how to be happy.
We eat organic and gluten free foods and complain that stomach cannot digest anything properly.
We are overwhelmed with useless information, and we are constantly hungry for quality.
The world makes us weak, and we are unable to handle stress.
We know everything about sex and almost nothing about feelings.
We hurt, because we were hurt before.
The society teaches us to follow the rules, and these rules slowly kill us.
We lose the enthusiasm and curiosity for life and get bored and uninspired. We are dying inside, and no one seems to care.
We are the people of the 21st century. Help us.
How much do we really need for happiness?
It’s great to be good at what you do and get paid well for it.
Being skilled and to find what inspires you helps with self-value and self-confidence. Don’t listen to anyone who says that confidence leads to ego and pride. This is a false statement that exists to control and manipulate us.
Insecurities–not confidence–are deeply connected to egoism, anger, greed and depression.
You can be rich and happy, and you are able to be happy without having much. The main thing–this must be your choice.
If you dedicate your life to chasing goals and competing, then no amount of money will ever make you content and happy.
Free your mind–this is the first step to happiness.
Forget everything you’ve been taught. Choose your own direction.
Find what you truly love and make it a priority.
Yoga and meditation are great tools to balance your emotional and physical bodies. Breathing correctly helps to remain in control of yourself, overcoming stress and worries easily. Energy exercises balance your chakras and remove toxins.
Three things we need for life and health: pure air, pure water and a diet that feeds our bodies with vitamins and minerals. But the most important aspect of all is our mindset.
Toxic mind pollutes the body. Emotional toxins have a huge power over us: guilt, fears, shame, and insults.
Toxic body steals your free energy, the energy you need to create the life of your dreams.
Look back. Your childhood has the key to your future. Give yourself love and respect. Detox your past emotional memories. And believe in yourself!
You deserve happiness. You are meant to be happy. Create an excellent future for yourself, your family and our planet. Stay healthy. Be happy!
