The aforementioned is, indeed, on the list of the most dangerous people in Europe and, in order to escape from the authorities, he would be trying to blend in with the crowd.
Scotland Yard would also be willing to provide as many as 50 thousand pounds to anyone who is able to find it or, simply, can provide valuable information to capture the criminal.
Specifically, the dangerous killer, accused of the brutal murder of a 21-year-old boy inside a pub, would have been running away for more than two years; although, the most recent report seems to date back a few months ago and, to be precise, from Prague, where Shane was arrested and then released for a minor offense.
From that moment it seems that the Irish has moved to new horizons and, to be exact, to the West deciding to hide in Italy.
